springfest. 04.26.2025.

Springfest is happening this weekend! Here are some FAQ's:

Saturday, April 26th, 2025. Doors open at 9:00pm at Rush Gym but music will start soon after so please enter on time.

Coco and Clair Clair is our opener and The Dare is our headliner.

Doors will close at 10:30pm. No ins and outs.

Students must:

1) Check-in on raftr under the KOXY raft (Search KOXY and Springfest is listed as an event)! Check-in will open on Thursday, April 24th. Check your KOXY email from April 21st or the KOXY Instagram bio for the Raftr registration link.

2) Get their entry wristband from KOXY staff at the SAC Desk in the JSC (under the MP) Thursday April 24th 11:30am-2:30pm or Friday April 25th 11:30am-1pm. Do not take your wristband off until Springfest is over.

Yes but you will wait in a longer line. We highly recommend you check-in and get your entry wristband from KOXY before Saturday night since we have a very limited amount of time between doors opening and our first performance. You will need to bring your Oxy ID and have raftr downloaded.

No. Leave it in your dorm!

You must register your non-Oxy guest using the Google Form linked here, in our Instagram bio @koxyradio or in recent school emails from KOXY Radio. This Guest Registration Form expires on Tuesday, April 22nd at 11:59pm and your guest will not be admitted if they are not registered.

During entry into Springfest, there will be a separate check-in line labelled for +1 guests. You (Oxy student) and your guest must check in together through this line. You must have your Oxy ID and either your wristband on or raftr check-in on your phone. Your guest must bring a valid ID/Driver’s License. You and your guest must check in at the same time, they cannot enter later than you so encourage them to be on time.

Black and white + sunglasses! Dress on theme!

We have hired professional event staff who will work closely with KOXY student staff to help with crowd control and prevent attendees from going past our barricade.
